Schedule & shifts

Anesthesia care team

Medically directed CRNA model with strong support

You’ll work as part of an established anesthesia care team with clear ratios and strong subspecialty backup — ideal for experienced CRNAs who enjoy high-acuity, collaborative environments.

  • Medically directed CRNA model
  • Typical ratio: 1 anesthesiologist to 2 CRNAs/residents
  • Can increase to 1:4 for appropriate, lower-acuity cases
  • CRNAs work alongside anesthesia techs and anesthesiologists

Case mix & specialty support

You’ll see a wide variety of surgical cases with robust specialty backup on-site.

You’re comfortable in large, high-acuity centers.

This role is built for experienced CRNAs who thrive in a Level 1 trauma environment and are confident with advanced procedures and complex patients.

Core requirements

  • Current NBCRNA certification
  • Active Kentucky license (or open to licensing)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a CRNA
  • Recent experience in a large medical center
  • Documented Level 1 trauma experience
  • No new graduates for this role

Required skills

  • Airway: Intubation
  • Vascular access: Central line placement
  • Arterial line placement
  • Proficient line placement in high-acuity patients

  • Average credentialing timeline: 90–120 days
