Requirements

  • Active NBCRNA certification
  • Minnesota RN and CRNA licenses (open to licensing candidates)
  • ACLS and BLS required
  • Minimum 1 year CRNA experience
  • Must live 50+ miles from the facility
  • Ability to commit to at least 2 consecutive weeks per month initially
  • Comfort working within a supervised CRNA, team-based model

Compensation & Scheduling

This role is structured for stability: predictable hours, clear expectations, and coverage for the essentials so you can focus on clinical care.

Orientation consists of 3 required shifts beginning the second Monday of each month, so you can plan travel and other commitments with confidence.
