Credentialing: 4–6 weeks (One application covers all locations)
Requirements
Board Certification:
‣ All Sites (Except Site 6): ABEM or ABOEM required. Site 6 will accept FP/IM with EM experience.
‣ Pediatric Site: ABEM or Peds EM only
Degree: MD or DO
License: Oklahoma or IMLC
Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS
Procedures: Intubation, central lines, IO, chest tubes
DEA License: Required
